Featuring our recommended local suppliers, we teamed together to create a spring themed wedding shoot at the stunning Elvetham Hotel in HookWe chose two beautiful gowns by Justin Alexander that are available in store with Amaryllis Bridalwear now

Yevnig designed and created the most beautiful five-tiered pastel pink, white and gold wedding cake, which had been embellished with jewels, pearls, intricate designs and floral adornments - truly enhancing the elegance of our shoot. She also provided gold cake pops, exquisite biscuit favours, mini cupcakes and cakes

With a pale pink palate coupled with gold accents, the spring shoot was a huge success and we are delighted with the photographs & video of the day

Bridal gown by Justin Alexander 8846 

Intricately beaded sleeves, v-neckline fit and flare gown, rich in colour and glamorous in every way!  The ever-talented Natasha Wiggins created an elegant chignon and kept the make-up dewy and neutral

 I LOVE the Bubblegum Balloons that we were able to have for the day!

The team provided us with two giant dusky pink balloons

 which were decorated with pink

 and gold tassels

 Our second dress of the day was by Justin Alexander, style 8826. The dress was a strapless fit and flare gown, with Art deco hand beading with a chapel length train

 Natasha kept the hair simple yet stylish and accessorised the look with a tiara and beaded veil - both by Amaryllis Bridalwear.

  Even with a bit of a spring breeze Yasmin still managed to look stunningly beautiful in her dress & veil, we certainly had some fun!

   Jade & Keeli created a table full of ivory and pastel pink avalanche roses, dusky dink hyacinths, white jasmine and other spring flowers and adorned the table décor with gold tea lights and mini vases punctuating a giant floral centrepiece. 

Suspended above the table, was a beautiful angel’s halo – created with willow, ivy and jasmine with clusters of white scented genister hanging from the natural hoop. Suspended floral displays are a key wedding trend for 2016 and something that we’re increasingly seeing more of

Samantha from Envite created a beautiful pale pink and sparkly gold stationery suite, the perfect addition to your celebration

The Wedding Industry Awards 2016 were held at Morden Hall, London on Tuesday 24th November, and we received a HUGE number of votes from our brides. 

 The testimonials that we have received are outstanding and I am hugely proud of the team here at Amaryllis!!

Sadly we didn't get through to the final but I couldn't be more delighted with the comments that have been made by our 2015 brides, here are a few of them......

“Charlotte was amazing. I went into the shop a complete nervous novice! not really wanting a wedding dress. Ended up buying a gorgeous dress, courtesy of Charlotte great support and options. She seemed to know instantly what would suit me I thought Aniko who is the seamstress were so profressional, helpfull and went over and above what she needed to do - overall the best experience i could have ever imagined. Everything completely driven with Excellent Customer Care in mind,” 

“Brilliant service - everyone was always cheerful and helpful. Excellent range of dresses and good quality” 

“Charlotte has tremendous skill in understanding what you are looking for and providing the options that are available. She is incredibly patient letting me try on the the same dresses two or three times and has an answer for all my worries/questions. I wasn’t pressurised into buying my dress at all, Charlotte even suggested I take some time to think about it. It was all about me finding the right dress rather than Amaryllis being a business. I found other shops really pushy and didn’t listen.” 

“Amaryllis is a lovely shop - smaller than some bridal boutiques but they have such a fabulous range of dresses, so you wouldn’t know it. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and clearly knew their stuff. They were very quick at responding to email enquiries - excellent customer service from beginning to end.”

“I had visited at least 7 dress shops and tried on over 50 dresses but I was really struggling to find my dream wedding dress and then I visited Amaryllis and I was lucky enough to find not one but two amazing dresses from them! The staff were lovely and friendly and I never once felt pressurised into making a decision (unlike a lot of other shops.) When both dresses arrived they needed slight alteration and this was done to a very high standard for a very reasonable price.”
